He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Forsythe Jr. and Genevieve Irving (Horyza); his sister Gwen Forsythe; and his brother-in-law Kenneth DeHass (Cathy). He is survived by: his wife Jane Forsythe (DeHass); his brothers, Leonard, Bud, Lawrence, Larry, Margaret Kish and Cathy DeHass; his nephews, Jason Forsythe, Jeremy Forsythe and Joseph DeHass (Alicia); and his niece Shannon Newlands (Calvin). He is also survived by 5 Great Nephews and 3 Great Nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Louis' name to the Metro World Child, to http://www.metroworldchild.org, P.O. Box 409, Brooklyn, NY 11237 Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 16th at 1:00 PM at First Wesleyan Church.
