She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Compton and Evelyn Compton (Pittsley); and her sisters, Sharon Payne, Christine Burrows and Gloria McPeak.
She is survived by: her siblings, Viola Haberland, Irene Pretnik, Butch Compton, Ray Compton and Russ Compton; her children, Jeanette Taggart, Tammy Walker and Charles Walker; and her grandchildren, Heather Sibley, Tiffany Sibley and Dion Sibley. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
