He is survived by: his wife Connie Coulter; his children, Kenneth Coulter, Kimberlee Coulter (Scott), Tiffany (Nicholas Pawloski), Joshua (Christine Coulter) and Shawn Coulter; the mother of his children Julie Coulter; his grandchildren, Brianna, Bailee, Hannah, Matthew, Mikalah, Leon, Allison and Olivia; his mother Dorothy Coulter; his mother-in-law Linda Replogle; his sisters, Carol McConney, Sue (Ken Letcher) and Lorie Amalio; and his brother-in-law Dan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
