She is survived by: her children, Katherine Payiva of Avon Park, FL, Christine Bolthouse (Nathan) of Hastings, MI, Patricia Bouwman (Richard) of Comstock Park, MI and Michael Ward (Vickie) of Dowling, MI.; her grandchildren, Amy Tyner, Jill Hewitt (Mark), Anthony Bolthouse, Benjamin Bolthouse (Stephanie) and Andrea Lampart (Kenneth); her great grandchildren, Karley, Hunter, Colvin, Matt, Carter, Rachael, Braden, Kaylee, Kristin, Kaitlin, Dustin and Kathrin; and her siblings, Roberta Douglas, Robert Tilburt (Thelma) and Jon Tilburt (Carolyn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
