He was predeceased by: his father Jim Lee Perry. He is survived by: his mother Betty Elliott (Beauchamp); his sisters, Jaime Perry (Shaun), Brandy Staudenmeyer (Mike) and Haley Elliott; and his nieces and nephews, Aiden, Braxton and Raelynn Engle. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends, brothers and sisters-in-law.
