He is survived by: his parents, Kerry Boulter and Suk Boulter; his wife Lacy Boulter; his children, Kierstin, Evan, Theo and Vivian Boulter; his siblings, Ty Boulter (Sean) and Lindsey Schafer (Troy Pittelkow); his nephews, Brody Pittelkow, Sam and Reid Schafer; his niece Emma; and his grandparents, Beverly, Ed Esakson, Edgar and Jan Boulter.
