He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Jarman and Gertrude Jarman (Martz); and his siblings, Beldon, Connie and Haley Jarman.

He is survived by: his wife Anne J Beckhorn; his children, John L Jarman II and Jessica A. Stuck; and his stepchildren, Amy Graham (Jamie), Jason Haight (Jessica), Brad (Nickie) and Haight.
