He was predeceased by: his parents, Othal Hurless and Mabel Hurless; his siblings, Bill Hurless and Betty Paul; and his son Jeff Hurless.
He is survived by: his wife Caryl Hurless of Hastings; his children, Jackie Hurless of Kentucky, Jerry Hurless of Hastings and Janet Hurless of Hastings; and his grandchildren, Tara Baker, Erica Davis, Nikki Davis, Jared Hurless, Nate Hurless, Amanda Davis and Austin Hurless.
