He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Minor Ketchum and Lucinda Ketchum (Brinkworth); and his wife Cynthia S. Ketchum (Lewis). He is survived by: his son-in-law Bobb; his children, Amy Makley (Robert), Trevor Ketchum (Tina) and Aaron Ketchum; and his grandchildren, Anthony Makley (Alexis), Kaitlyn Ketchum, Jarred Ketchum, Amanda Ketchum (Joe), Natalie Ketchum and Nicole Ketchum. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
