He was predeceased by: his wife Haroldine. He is survived by: his children, Bob (Deb Brail), Brad (Pam Brail), Liz Brail of Hastings and Dawn (Duane Secord). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Hastings Free Methodist Church.
