He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay and Edna; and his former wife Susan. He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his stepchild Erin Welker; his son-in-law Matt Welker; his children, Dike (Sherri), David (Annie) and Dana (Jim); and his brother Roger. He is also survived by grandchildren and one even more fantastic great granddaughter.
