He is survived by: his former wife Maxine Bennett; his wife Maxine Springer (Bennett); his daughters, Janice Springer Miller and Sue Murphy (Michael); his grandchildren, Michael Dean Miller (Brooke), Amanda Dubay, Micah Murphy (Jesi), Chad Murphy (Maggie), Jamie Murphy (Amy), Shana Bush (Cliff), Catherine Hawthorne and Meghann Russell (Tony); and his great great grandchild Claire Marie Miller.
