She is survived by: her husband Jack Phillips; her children, Eric Phillips (Jenee) of Hastings and Rachel Wilson (Justin) of Ferndale; her grandchildren, Sarah Phillips, Emily Slagstad (Nicholas), Aidan and Liam Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Henry and Mia Slagstad.
