He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Plutschouw; his children, Melissa Holloway (William) and Bradley David Plutschouw (Angela); his grandchildren, Alexis Drake, Maranda Holloway, Kathryn VanDyke and Meghan Plutschouw; his great grandchildren, Anthony Drake and Grayson VanDyke; his stepchildren, Debby Schultz (Rick), Donna Schaeffer (Jeff) and Rachel Hinton (Brian); and his sisters, Linda Hoffman, Joyce Knoll (Greg) and Carol Marr (Roger).
