She was predeceased by: her father Donald Collins; and her nephew Gary Collins. She is survived by: her mother Sharon Collins (Moomey); her sons, Maurice Kenneth Mayhew III, Josh Edward Mayhew, Michael Ehan Mayhew (Brandye) and Christopher Nicolas Collins (Stephanie); her siblings, Lori Fenstemaker, Patrick Collins (Shelia), Kathy Fischer (Edward) and Diane Dawson (Rick); and her close friend Gary Gallup. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
