He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Carl M. Yarger and Vivian I. Yarger. He is survived by: his mother Joan Evyonne Taggart (Kidder); his wife Sandra D. Taggart of Hastings; his father Richard W. Taggart of Clarksville; his children, Peggy Jean Douthett (John) and Isaiah Wayne Yarger; his grandchildren, Caleb Michael Douthett and Gemma Rain Douthett; his siblings, Dwayne (Jeanette), Gene Taggart (Maria) and Rebecca Ringleka (Jason); and his brother-in-law Michael Yarger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
