She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Lewis and Loren Lewis; and her former husband John Bolton. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa "Terri" and Martha "Marty" (Fernando Somoza Jr.); her grandchildren, John, Lexi and Gabi; her great grandchildren, Weston and Dakota; and her siblings, Sharon Waters, Patrick Lewis and Andrew Lewis. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
