She is survived by: her husband Richard Welton; her children, Douglas Welton (Robin), Daniel Welton (Julie) and Julie Power (Tim); her grandchildren, Chad Welton (Darcy), Darcy Cotant (Brian), David Welton (Samantha), Kristie Russell, Knstie Welton and Megan Power; and her siblings, Raymond Miller and Linda Craig. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
