Mazur; her children, Gerard Mazur (Maria), Geralynn Phelps (Michael), Cathryn Pearl (John), Robert Mazur (Martha), Michele Volkenant (Jeffrey) and Michael Mazur (Lauren); and her siblings, Bernadine Mistor (Ronald), Marie Konnick (Ron), Eugene Kwiecien and Janet Hartlep (Kurt).
