He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Annette Main (Lindell). He is survived by: his father Michael D. Main; his daughter Carrie Main; his brothers, Steven Main (Kathy) and Kevin Main (Sara); and his nieces and nephews, Ellen, Emily, Thomas, Megan, Michael and Abigail. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
