He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smith and Agnes Smith; his wife Wanda W. Smith; and his children, John Smith, Della and Chuckie.
He is survived by: his daughter Lena; his son-in-law Carl Anderson; his grandsons, Cody (Tabitha), Shane (Kelly) and Chad (Michelle); and his great grandchildren, Omni, Carly, Corbin, Tor, Carter, Ocean, Link and Kit. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
