He was predeceased by: his parents, Tobe Patrick and Phinetta Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Patrick; his sons, Scott Patrick (Cheryl) and Eric Patrick (Kelly); his grandchildren, Katie, Ryan, Megan Patrick, Liam and Mira Kelley; his great grandchildren, Lyric and Hailey Duncan; and his siblings, Sue Crowley (Foster), Ted Patrick, Jane Gibbs (Stuart) and Don Patrick (Tobie). He is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
