She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Bailes and Gladys Bailes (Jackson); her husband Thomas George Chanavier; her children, Craig Chanavier (Theresa) of Jacksonville, Colleen Phifer (Bob) of Howell and Chris Chanavier (Marie) of Hartland; her grandchildren, Jordan Doyle (Michael), Shayla Chanavier, Kirsten Phifer, Emma Chanavier, Zachary Phifer, Aiden Chanavier, Raymond Chanavier, Nora Chanavier and Suzy Chanavier; and her great grandchild William Doyle.
