With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Tarantino of Hartford, Michigan, born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Tarantino to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tarantino and Bernice Tarantino (Cook); his brother Paul Tarantino; and his grandsons, Michael Gaipa and Joshua Cahill.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Tarantino (McCrery); his children, Robert Tarantino (Lenie) of Mattawan, Kerri Cahill (Bill) of Kalamazoo, Lori Kreitner (Jeff) of Coloma, Nanci Tarantino of Edwardsburg and Tammi Tarantino of Kalamazoo; and his siblings, Ross Tarantino (Bernadette) of New Brighton, Minn, Tom Tarantino (Debbie) of Coloma, Judy Maynard (Gary) of St. Joseph, Linda Finch (Tom) of Williamsburg and Mich. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Jerry may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or to the North Berrien Firefighters Association.
