She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Mann and Bernice Mann (Garner). She is survived by: her children, Judy Michael of Hartford, Debra DeFord (Terry) of Hartford, Melinda Kimp (Michael) of Hartford, Howard Glenn Owens of Hartford, Brian Boyd (Marlene) of Walker, MI and Brett Boyd of Mishawaka, IN.; her siblings, Charles Garner of Evans, GA, Jewell Mann (Shirley) of Hartford, Shirley Lane (Phil) of Lawton and Peggy Mann of Hartford; her former husband Robert Howard Owens; her brothers, Buford'Rocky'Mann, Bill Mann, Bobby Mann, Philip Mann, Larry Mann and Gary Mann; and her son-in-law Danny Michael. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
