With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Berton Smith (Hartford, Michigan), who passed away on December 24, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Smith and Beverly Smith; and his sister Debbie. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Drake of Hartford; his sons, Ben (Adrianne), Peter (Brittany), Timothy (Rachel) and Marcus (Emily); his grandchildren, Amelia, Evangeline, Annabelle, Ellavieve, Drake, Patrick, Avery, Abigail, June, Roy, Wyatt and Eli; and his brother Greg.
Memorial donations can be made to Grace Christian School or Hartford Bible Church.
