She is survived by: her husband Bobby Wade; her children, Amber Beltran (Ramon Jr.), Julia Wade (Brian Williams) and Bryan Wade (Heather); her grandchildren, Dakota, Gabriella, Demarcus, Deidre, Isabella, Olivia, Julien, Brady, Jadon, Tony, Lilianna, Braxton and McKenzie; her great grandchildren, Eli and Micah; and her brother Paul Cadwell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ann's name may be made to the family.
