He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Dennison and Sudie Mae Dennison (Miller); his wife Betty; his siblings, Robert, H. E., Charlie Dennison, Ann Blohm, Linda VanderLaan and Sally Gleason; and his son-in-law Charlie Churchill.

He is survived by: his children, William "Stan" Denison (Sherill), Jim Denison (Patti) and Cindy Churchill; his grandchildren, Nicholas Bies, Kristen Franz (Johan), Kurt Denison (Robyn), Daniel Churchill, Shayley Denison and Shilo Denison; his great grandchildren, Triniti Bies, Victoria Bies, Skye Bies, Madilyn Franz, Allie Jo Bies and Nicholas Bies; his siblings, Carl Dennison (Claire), Katherine Davey (Wayne) and Fay Wells (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Gordy VanderLaan, Glen Gleason and Judy Dennison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
