He is survived by: his significant other Celerina Torres (Leaving); his children, Martin (Elizabeth Torres), Gerardo Bautista, Jose Torres, Kyle Shimel, Jessica Felix, Juanita Torres-Arias (Anunchai Arias), Orlando Torres, Ernestina Cigarroa, Paco (Enereida Posada), Dianira Gaytan, Lupe Reyes, Roberto Antonio Torres, Rosa Hernandez, Adelaida, Marina and Margie Hernandez; his grandchildren, Marcus (Karyme Torres), Mercedes Torres, Jose Torres Jr., Martin Torres Jr. (Ma) and Rhodora; his great grandchildren, Marcus Torres Jr., Joshua Torres Jr., Camilla Torres, Samantha Santos and Mace Santos; and his friends, Venus Battaglia (family: Carlos Oviedo, Honorio, Letty Lucio), Roy Felix, Hermano Raul (Tim), Gail Windgate, Daryl Peterson, Pat, Dale Ruba, Mike, Angel Barron, Esteban Barron and Omar Sanchez.
A vigil service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel (2370 N 72nd Ave, Hart, MI 49420). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Iglesia Fuente (6451 S Stiles Rd, Pentwater, MI 49449).
