She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Potrafka and Beatrice Potrafka (Lake); her former husband Jack Tracy; and her stepson Jack Kokx. She is survived by: her husband Harry Kokx; her children, Richard Tracy (Norma) of Hubbard Lake, Kenneth Tracy (Linda) of Connecticut, Pat Seeley (Ken) of Hudsonville and Janet Tracy (Anita Palladino) of Hart; her stepchildren, Beth Alvesteffer (Darrel) of Hart and Dave Kokx (Nora) of Hart; and her sister Diane Blonshine. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
