Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leta May Mitteer of Hart, Michigan, born in Shelby, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 92, on November 9, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wyns and Gladys Wyns (Ward); her husband Frank Mitteer; her siblings, Samuel Wyns, Phyllis Griffin, Frank Wyns (Barney), Gordon Wyns, Carol Inglis, Marilyn Cornett, Robert Wyns and Steven Wyns; her son-in-law Donald Smith; and her grandson Jeremy Mitteer.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Smith, Bruce Mitteer (Lorraine) and Martin Mitteer (Catherine); her grandchildren, Kathryn Blair (Roger), Erik Smith (Kelcy), Nicole Stelly (Aaron), Michelle Brunke (Scott) and Rachel Lawson (John); and her sister Sandra Dean (Leo). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
