She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Amstutz and Peggy Amstutz (Miller); her husband Everett "Butch" Gale; and her siblings, John Amstutz and Judy.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberley Scofield (Jeff), Jerrad Gale (Shauna), Christopher Gale and Jason Gale (Sherrie); and her siblings, Mike Amstutz, Tom Amstutz (Linda) and Linda Hasty. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
