He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Rosemary Smith (Ron), Danny Alvesteffer (Kathy), Sandra Payne (Kirk), Kenneth Alvesteffer, Jeremy Alvesteffer and Michelle Holladay (Brian); his siblings, Donald Alvesteffer, Richard Alvesteffer (Connie), Leon Alvesteffer (Laura) and Clare Jean Monton; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Fillips and Phyllis Alvesteffer. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
