He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Heraty and Frances Ruth Heraty; and his sister Theresa Minnich. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Heraty; his son Lynn; his daughter-in-law Mellisa; his granddaughter Elyse; his siblings, Richard Heraty (Chris) and Mary Sparkman (Greg); and his brother-in-law Paul Minnich.
