He is survived by: his children, Susan, Jon and Christopher; his child-in-law John Sliwa; his grandchildren, Jack Sliwa and Alyssa Sliwa; and his siblings, Jed, Susie, Mary Jo, Jimmy, Peter, Annie and Joe. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
