He is survived by: his parents, Cornelius Clifton and Marian Emily Sr (Wakefield); his spouse Dessie Furman; his children, James Hartman of Arizona, William Hartman (Cindy) of Harrisville, Janice Mace (Jeff) of Dexter and Sherry Paul (Art) of Jackson; and his stepson Robert Gurk (Mary Jo) of Kentucky. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
