He was predeceased by: his brother Dave Rickelmann. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Marni Rickelmann of Ketchikan and Clint Rickelmann (Darah) of Naples; his grandchildren, Sawyer Rickelmann and Hudson Rickelmann; his parents, Richard of Milan and Barbara of Milan; his siblings, Mary Ann Rickelmann of Ypsilanti, Larry (Carolyn) of Milan, Dan (Kathi) of Ypsilanti, Doug (Connie) of Pinckney and Gerry (Jill) of Howell; and his sister-in-law Carol Rickelmann of North Port. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Alcona Humane Society.
