She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavern Kenneth Fettes and Claudia Louise Fettes (Truesdell); her brother Lavern Kenneth Fettes Jr.; and her granddaughter Lauryn Bradley Harvey. She is survived by: her husband James Urban; her children, Nichole Harvey (Mckay), Ashley Mckay, Samantha Mckay, Megan Nolan (Mckay), AJ Mckay, TJ Mckay and Logan Urban; and her siblings, Kevin Fettes, Michael Fettes and Tonja Greve (Fettes). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
