She is survived by: her children, Deborah Schneider (Jim) of Gunter, Randall Mayfield (Pamela) of Harrison, Mark Mayfield (Karen) of Bon Aqua and Michael Mayfield (Rose) of Harrison; her grandchildren, Stacy, Laura, Jessica, Brian, Klint, James, Kristopher, Jeff and Stephanie; and her sister Norma Johnson (Darrell) of Fort Dodge.
