He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Broadworth and Maxine Martin (Wark); and his children, Rickey Broadworth, Jr. and Shanel Broadworth. He is survived by: his wife Denise Broadworth; his daughter Meleney Pulley; his stepchildren, Melissa Nobleza (Darren) and James Pomeroy; his grandchildren, Makaylla Sexton, Errissa Herbert, Bryce, Gracelynn Broadworth and Adeline Nobleza; his great grandchild Gianna Raelynn Guidroz; and his brothers, Roger Broadworth (Dorothy), Randy Broadworth (Sherry) and Rod Broadworth (Marilyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
