She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Eugene Artlip and Betty Marie Artlip (Rhoades); her daughter Donna Holliday; and her siblings, Carol Howe and Roy Artlip.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Duane Fields; her children, Barbara Hawkins (Steve) of Harrison, Deborah Clingen (Bruce) of Sparta and Robert Fields of Luther; her grandchildren, Zachary Hawkins (Brittany), Justine Fields (Mike Sokotowski) and Nic Fields (Miranda); and her great grandchildren, Masen, Trapper, Cash Hawkins, Jaden Tetzloff, Trenton Sokotowski, Brayden Williams, Oakley Osmun, Leo and Anna Fields. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, plus many nieces and nephews.
