It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Delano Lott of Harrison, Michigan, born in Crystal, Michigan, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester R. Lott and Lila M. Lott (Husted); his former wife Lunetta L. Jolly; his sons, Robert and Leroy Ayers; his granddaughter Sherry Annette Ayers; and his brother Donald Lott.

He is survived by: his wife Jacalyn Lott (Pelkey); his daughter-in-law Rosemarie Ayers; his nieces and nephews, Martin, Robert, Lorna, Robin and Debbie; his stepchildren, Jill Black and Joe Black; his stepgrandchildren, Cullen and Heath; and also Kathy Gearheart.

Howard was talented in woodworking and he made many desks during the pandemic for school age children in Harrison to work on their schooling at home.

Memorials may be made to the Ithaca Senior Activity Building or MyMichigan Palliative Care.
