Ward E. Watz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ward E. Watz of Harrison Township, Michigan, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara "Barb" Watz. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Watz-Lopez (Antonio) and Lisa Russo (Anthony); his granddaughters, Alexandria Lesperance (Edward) and Sydney Ocelnik (Joseph Purser); and his great grandchildren, Brayden Edward of Anthony Joseph and Atlas John.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be addressed to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) in honor of his granddaughter Sydney, who has type 1 diabetes or to Home Base which is an organization that treats PTSD in combat veterans and survivors of veteran suicide.
