He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Kevin Piatek and Julie Piatek (Rick Maurer); his brothers, Ernest (Denise), Arnold, Timothy (Cindy) and Patrick; his nephew Michael; his niece Kristina Smith (Andrew); his sisters-in-law, Darlene Howald (John) and Kay Eckenrode (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Christina Green (Austin), Lizzy Howald and Brooke Eckenrode.
