He is survived by: his significant other Lola; his parents, David Goyke and Karen Ford-Stein (Fred Stein); his brothers, Jonah and Joshua; his grandmother Charlotte Ford; his uncles, Pamela Kachnowski (George), Catherine Stewart (Todd), Paul Goyke and Joseph Goyke (Denise); and also, Nikolas and Peter Goyke.
