He is survived by: his wife Susan Smith; his sons, Michael Jr. (Shannon) and Matthew (Jenna); his grandchildren, Brandon, Nicholas, Skylar, Madison, Troy, Miles, Ford, Aiyana and Ally; his great grandchild Sunny; his daughter-in-law Brandy Shafer; his sister Sandy Belknap; and his brother-in-law Fred Reaume.
