He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Schwartz (Allan), William Cook, Thomas Cook (Linda), Cheryl Bunner (Harry) and Michael Cook; his nieces and nephews, Jay Thiry (Michelle), Alex Cook (Kate), Zach Cook, Kayla Bunner (Justin Omans), Brianna Welsh (Keegan), Kelly Boedeker Lammers and Derek Boedeker (Rayna Southart); and his great-nieces, Samantha and Brianna.
