For Jonathan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Kucher; his grandparents, Raymond, Jeanne Kucher and Anne Lamphier; and his stepmother Shirley Lamphier.
He is survived by: his father Daniel Lamphier; and his aunts and uncles, Anne Kucher, Lynne Burr, Mark Lamphier (Mary) and Richard Lamphier (Carole). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
