He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michelle Nowak (John) and Michael Mayernik (Shelly Adkins); his grandchildren, Brian, Andrew, Eric, Christopher Nowak, Morgan, Caitlin, Michael Jr. and Mena Mayernik; and his siblings, Rita Mayernik, JoAnn Mayernik (Randy Madding) and Joseph Mayernik (Molly).
