She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry and Ann Helzer Kaltenbach; her husband David L. Donna; and her daughter Annie. She is survived by: her children, Martin Stefani (Pauline) and Thomas Stefani (Teresa); her grandchildren, Lindsay Novak (Ben), Ashley Noe (Michael), Thomas Stefani, Lisa Thome and Jerry Thome (Dana); her siblings, Thomas Kaltenbach (Pamela), Judith Schamhart (Gerrit), Pauline Seibert (Anthony) and Terri Fleming (Edward); and her stepsons, Stuart Donna and Joseph Donna (Jane). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
